KPS Acquires Alta Performance Materials From INEOS

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP, on its carve-out acquisition of INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises Holdings II Ltd. Under the terms of the transaction, INEOS Composites has become a new standalone company under KPS's ownership called Alta Performance Materials. Alta is a leading global manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and gelcoats used in the production of plastic composites for a wide range of applications across large global end-markets. Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, and Barcelona, Spain, Alta has approximately 900 employees and operates 17 manufacturing facilities and three technology centers across North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
