Todd Hahn is counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He specializes in merger control, advising clients on potential antitrust risks, terms of agreements and filing requirements for transactions in both U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
Todd has prepared and filed hundreds of HSR Act notifications and related competition act notifications in ex-U.S. jurisdictions, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, the European Union, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey and Ukraine. He also has extensive experience in responding to FTC/DOJ preliminary investigations and Second Requests, and coordinating with local competition counsel to obtain timely approval of mergers and other acquisitions.

- Strategic Value Partners in its $1.1 billion acquisition of Revelyst.
- Twilio, Inc. in its $3 billion acquisition of SendGrid.
