As Practice Management Counsel in the Tax Department, Adam is at the core of the firm's U.K. tax knowledge and training for both Paul, Weiss and its clients. In this role, he combines his specialized tax background, research skills and knowledge management experience. Alongside this, Adam leverages his wide-ranging knowledge to support the team in advising clients on their most complex matters, with a particular focus on corporate finance, public and private M&A, reorganizations and restructurings.
