Ross's notable representations include: 

  • Blackstone on its $63 billion joint acquisition together with the Benetton family of Atlantia (the biggest take-private in European history at the time).
  • EQT on its $5.6 billion takeover of Dechra PLC (as well as over 100 other deals).
  • VEON on its EU Phase 2 approval for the formation of Italy’s largest mobile telecommunications company (including on the subsequent successful litigation before the EU General Court and sale).
  • Refinitiv on the 9.8 EU Phase 2 approval for its $9.8 billion acquisition by London Stock Exchange Group.
  • IFM Investors and General Infrastructure Partners on their $16.7 billion joint acquisition of Sydney Airport.
  • KPS Capital Partners in connection with:
    • its €3.615 billion sale of Eviosys to Sonoco Products Company, a South Carolina-based sustainable packaging producer; and
    • its approximately €1.7 billion carve-out acquisition of INEOS Composites, a global manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, from INEOS Enterprises.
  • ZT Systems, a New Jersey-based AI infrastructure provider, in the antitrust aspects of its $4.9 billion stock and cash sale to Advanced Micro Devices, a California-based semiconductor manufacturer.
  • Novolex, a South Carolina-based developer and manufacturer of foodservice packaging products, supported by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, its majority shareholder, and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, in its $6.7 billion agreement to combine with Pactiv Evergreen, an Illinois-based manufacturer and distributor of foodservice and merchandizing products.
