- Bain Capital in the sale of Geometric Results to PRO Unlimited
- CEME S.p.A. in the offering of additional $75 million senior secured floating rate notes
- Consortium and KKR on the $15 billion all-cash acquisition of CyrusOne, a premier global data centre REIT
- Eagle Street Partners on the formation of a joint venture with Harrison Street to acquire and develop a 554-residential-unit multiphase development at East Road in Dublin, Ireland
- GIC in:
- its establishment of a €400 million joint venture platform with Melcombe Partners
- the £694 million acquisition of a 75% stake in the majority of Paddington Central assets from British Land
- Global Auto Holdings Limited (GAHL) in its DKK 7.9 billion ($1.17 billion) acquisition of K.W. Bruun’s import and digital businesses
- Hg Capital and its portfolio company Personal & Informatik AG (P&I) on its €1.2 billion refinancing of its existing term loan facilities. The refinancing was implemented in connection with Hg’s further investment in, and recapitalization of, P&I, which valued the company at €5.5 billion
- KPS Capital Partners in its:
- approximately €1.7 billion carve-out acquisition of INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises
- €3.5 billion carve-out acquisition of Innomotics, a Germany-based supplier of electric motor and large drive systems, from Siemens AG, a Germany-based technology company
- Montagu in a single-asset GP-led secondary transaction involving Wireless Contact, including the formation of a continuation fund totaling €2 billion
- Noble in its $600 million offering of senior notes
- Noble Corporation in its $1.15 billion refinancing of existing credit facilities
- PCI Pharma Services and Kohlberg, an existing lead investor in PCI, in PCI's strategic investment co-led by Bain Capital and Kohlberg and supported by Mubadala Investment Company
- A fund managed by Pinnacle Asset Management in connection with a $450 million strategic partnership between Atlantic Alumina, the U.S. Department of War and Concord Resources to sustain and increase domestic alumina production and establish the country’s first and only large-scale primary gallium production circuit in Gramercy, Louisiana
- A sovereign wealth fund in the acquisition of a pan-European logistics portfolio for over €3 billion from EQT Exeter
- Stonepeak on the financing aspects of and on its acquisition of a majority controlling interest in Castrol from BP
- Thoma Bravo on the strategic investment in Condeco, a global leader in workspace scheduling technology
