Apollo Funds Complete Acquisition of Arconic

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in their take-private acquisition of Arconic Corporation, a leading provider of aluminum sheet, plate and extrusions, as well as innovative architectural products. The all-cash transaction includes a minority investment from funds managed by affiliates of Irenic Capital Management.
