A partner in the Finance Group and Global Co-Chair of Finance and Capital Markets, Greg Ezring focuses his practice on the representation of private equity funds and other alternative asset managers, including Apollo Global Management, and their portfolio companies in leveraged finance transactions (including both high yield bonds and leveraged loans), debt restructurings and public equity offerings.
