A counsel in the Corporate Department and member of the Finance Group, Gabriella Toossi focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, including affiliates of Apollo Global Management, as well as other public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions. These transactions include leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings and debt restructurings and workouts.
