Paul, Weiss advised Global Auto Holdings Limited on its acquisition of K.W. Bruun’s import and digital businesses, a deal valued at approximately DKK 7.9 billion ($1.17 billion).
Global Auto Holdings is one of the largest global automotive retail businesses, operating 164 franchise dealerships across Europe and North America. K.W. Bruun is one of the biggest car importers in the Nordics, importing cars and spare parts for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, Mitsubishi, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Hongqi and Voyah. Through its subsidiaries, K.W. Bruun also focuses on the development of digital business concepts related to mobility and communication.
