Program Description
Our 1L Summer Program offers talented first-year law students the opportunity to work at Paul, Weiss, in the New York office, during their 1L summer. Participants in the 1L Summer Program will be included in all aspects of the firm’s Summer Program including training, mentoring, work assignments and social activities.

Salary
Paul, Weiss summer associates, including 1L summer associates, are paid an annualized salary of $225,000, prorated for the number of weeks worked.
