General Atlantic Invests in Financial Information Technologies

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its strategic investment in Financial Information Technologies, LLC (Fintech), a leading technology provider serving the beverage alcohol industry. General Atlantic will join existing investor TA Associates to support Fintech’s continued product innovation and as well as its M&A initiatives. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
