As counsel in the Tax Department, Mashiho Yuasa focuses her federal income tax practice on the representation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including with respect to the formation and operation of funds, “upper tier” arrangements, seeding arrangements and M&A transactions by funds. She also represents individual and institutional investors in their acquisitions and divestures of interests in investment funds. Representative clients include General Atlantic, Harvest Partners, JP Morgan Chase, Oak Hill Capital Partners, PointState Capital, The Sterling Group and Citigroup.
