A counsel in the Corporate Department, Caitlin Kelly is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group. Caitlin focuses her practice on all aspects of the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds and separately managed accounts, including buyout funds, credit funds, hedge funds and co-investment funds.
In addition to advising on a wide range of fund formation issues, she also advises fund managers on regulatory issues, management company upper- tier arrangements and investment management M&A transactions. Caitlin also has experience establishing alternative investment vehicles and other investment structures for her private fund clients.
