Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its minority investment in Bridgepoint portfolio company Kyriba, a global leader in liquidity performance that empowers CFOs, treasurers and IT leaders to connect, protect, forecast and optimize their liquidity. The transaction values Kyriba at over $3 billion. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
