Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic as co-lead investor, alongside growth equity firm Stripes and other investors, in an $825 million investment in performance lifestyle brand Vuori. The transaction is structured as a secondary tender offer and will raise Vuori’s valuation to $5.5 billion. As part of the deal, General Atlantic Managing Director Andrew Ferrer will join Vuori’s board of directors.
