The Financial Times named Paul, Weiss a finalist across five categories in its 2025 Innovative Lawyers North America awards, including “Most Innovative Law Firm in North America.”

The firm was also named a finalist in the “Innovative Lawyers in Restructuring” category, recognizing our work representing Diamond Sports Group in its successful chapter 11 process, led by restructuring partners Brian Hermann, Joe Graham and Lauren Bilzin and litigation partners Billy Clareman, Greg Laufer and Alison Benedon; the “Innovative Lawyers in Unlocking Capital” category, recognizing our work advising funds and affiliates managed by Apollo in their $11 billion joint venture with Intel Corporation related to Intel’s Fab 34 semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility in Ireland, led by corporate partners Ravi Purohit, Ross Fieldston and Greg Ezring; and the “Innovation in Digital Tools” category, recognizing the firm’s partnership with Harvey AI to launch custom workflows using Harvey’s Workflow Builder tool.

Corporate partner Anastasia Peterson was named an “Innovative Practitioner” finalist, recognizing her achievements in spearheading the launch of a novel practice in the emerging area of strategic partnerships between asset managers and banks.

The annual awards recognize the most innovative lawyers and law firms leading the legal profession in North America. Final winners will be announced at a ceremony on December 8.
