Oaktree Capital Completes Sale of Minority Stake in TORM

Paul, Weiss advised Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., and its affiliates in the sale of a 13.97% stake in TORM plc, a leading carrier of refined oil products, to Hafnia Limited for a total price of $311.4 million.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Dan Schuster-Woldan, Matthew Hearn and Christopher Cummings, and includes antitrust partner Ross Ferguson and tax partner Deeksha Rathi.
