Rachel Shepardson is a counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Investment Funds Group. She represents major fund sponsors across a variety of investment strategies, including private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds. Rachel advises fund managers on the formation of a full range of fund structures including open-ended and closed-ended funds, evergreen structures, separately managed accounts and co-investment vehicles. She also regularly advises on upper-tier matters such as seeding arrangements, management company M&A and GP stake transactions, as well as related regulatory considerations. Rachel was selected as a key lawyer for private equity funds (including venture capital) by The Legal 500.
