Matthew Sieger is a counsel in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice. He has experience with district court patent litigation, inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and arbitration proceedings.

Matthew has experience with a wide variety of technologies, including drug delivery devices, surgical instruments, e-vapor devices, GPS navigation, internet advertising, gas turbines and semiconductors. He has been involved in all aspects of patent litigation, from initial investigation and pleadings, through discovery, claim construction, motion practice, trial and appeal.
