Antitrust Practice Group Global Co-Chair Scott Sher and litigation partner Bill Michael will participate in the 2025 Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy, hosted by Fordham Law School’s Competition Law Institute. Scott will speak on “Merger Guidelines: Seesaws & Carousels,” and Bill will discuss “Insights on Hot Topics in Antitrust from the Healthcare Sector.” Paul, Weiss is a sponsor of the event.
The annual conference will take place at Fordham Law School. Scott’s panel will take place on September 19 at 1:30 p.m. ET; Bill’s panel will take place on September 17 at 3:15 p.m. ET.
