Antitrust partner Henrik Morch will participate in a panel as part of ThoughtLeaders4’s Nordic Competition Law Summit, the second annual gathering of industry leaders from across the region to discuss key regulatory and procedural developments in the Nordics and Europe. Henrik’s panel, “Exploring Developments in State Aid Challenges for Europe,” will discuss managing data on financial contributions to companies, the increasing complexity of foreign subsidy regulation on private equity, and effectively balancing national foreign direct investment and foreign subsidy regulation remedies.
Henrik’s panel will take place in Copenhagen on November 11 at 3:15 p.m. CET.
