Litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam was a featured speaker in a webinar, “Patent Cases at the Supreme Court: From Petitions to CVSGs to Arguments, and Everything in Between,” hosted by the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association. The webinar, moderated by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel Immac Thampo, took place on June 16.
