Tropical Cheese Receives Significant Investment

Paul, Weiss advised Tropical Cheese Industries LLC, a leading Hispanic foods brand, on a significant investment from AUA Private Equity Partners LLC and Avance Investment Management. AUA and Avance are Hispanic-led investment firms focused on partnering with family- and founder-owned businesses. Tropical Cheese’s founding Mendez family and the company’s management team will retain a significant minority interest in the business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
