Paul, Weiss advised TDR Capital LLP in its acquisition of a majority stake in CorpAcq Holdings Limited, a UK-based business acquisition compounder. As part of the transaction, existing investor Vintage Strategies at Goldman Sachs Alternatives will re-invest to become a minority shareholder alongside TDR. CorpAcq specializes in investments in well-established, stable and cash-generative small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial products and services sectors and has built a diversified portfolio of about 50 companies. TDR’s investment in CorpAcq will primarily support future acquisitions.
