He is well-versed in advising investment firms on establishing or expanding regulated businesses in the UK and navigating a broad spectrum of EU and UK financial services regulations, including the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), the Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR), the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation (PRIIPs).
