IRIS Software Completes Market-Leading Refinancing

Paul, Weiss advised IRIS Software, a leading global software provider of accounting, educational technology, HR and payroll solutions and one of the UK’s largest privately held software companies, and its sponsors, Hg Capital and Leonard Green Partners, on the market-leading private credit-led refinancing of its existing senior facilities.
