Grain Management Closes Flagship and Spectrum Funds with $3.75 Billion in Total Commitments

Paul, Weiss advised Grain Management in the formation and fundraising of its flagship fund Grain Communications Opportunity Fund III, L.P. (GCOF III) and its spectrum-focused investment vehicle Grain Spectrum Holdings III, L.P. (GSH III). GCOF III closed with $2.25 billion in commitments, exceeding its target of $1.5 billion. GSH III closed in September 2020 with $1.5 billion in commitments, exceeding its $1 billion target.
