General Atlantic to Invest in Equality Health

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in its strategic investment in Equality Health, a leading provider of technology, services and support for value-based care. The investment will fuel the Phoenix-based company’s next phase of growth as a value-based primary care network serving the Medicaid, Medicare and ACA Exchange populations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
