Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Completes Private Placement of Notes

Paul, Weiss advised Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A., a portfolio company of Bain Capital and NB Renaissance, on the issuance and private placement of €100 million of additional senior secured notes due 2028 to certain institutional investors. Engineering Ingegneria Informatica is a leading specialist provider of IT services, software and digital solutions in Italy. Proceeds from the private placement were used to refinance existing debt.
