Apollo to Expand Partnership With Mubadala Investment Company

Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo Global Management in the expansion of its existing strategic partnership with Mubadala Investment Company, an Abu Dhabi-based sovereign investor. The expanded partnership builds on the successful Apollo Strategic Origination Partners (ASOP) platform created in July 2020, in which Paul, Weiss also advised Apollo.

The expanded partnership between Apollo and Mubadala will strengthen the capabilities of Apollo’s Capital Solutions business, which works across the firm’s global investment platform with a growing team of professionals focused on origination, syndication and broad capital markets activities.

The Paul, Weiss team includes, among others, corporate partners Matthew Goldstein, Brian Janson, Mark Wlazlo, Gregory Ezring, Brad Finkelstein and Marco Masotti, and counsel David Levine, Luke Jennings and Gabriella Toossi.
