A partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Finance Group, Mark B. Wlazlo has experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in leveraged finance transactions. These transactions include senior secured debt, high yield, bridge and mezzanine financings, as well as workouts and restructurings.

Mark’s restructuring and liability management experience includes transactions representing EmployBridge, BrightSpeed, Cox Media Group, Shutterfly, ClubCorp, Coinstar, Rackspace, West Corporation, Endemol Shine Group, EP Energy, McGraw Hill Education, Caesars Entertainment, Hexion, Momentive, and Verso Paper.
Mark was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a Pomeroy Scholar and a Butler Scholar at New York University School of Law.
