Jyoti Sharma is a partner in the Investment Funds Group. Jyoti focuses on the formation and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, distressed debt funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, seed capital funds, structured products funds and funds of funds. She also advises on investment management M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, majority and minority stake investments and spin-outs.
Jyoti has extensive experience in establishing separately managed accounts and customized private investment funds with respect to a wide range of U.S. and non-U.S. investors. She has also negotiated the internal arrangements and succession plans among the partners of a number of established and emerging investment management firms.
