Madison Dearborn Partners and Navacord Agree to Significant Investment in Insurance Office of America

Paul, Weiss is advising Madison Dearborn Partners and its portfolio company Navacord, a Canada-based insurance brokerage firm, on their agreement to make a significant investment in Insurance Office of America. Florida-based IOA is one of the largest privately held independent insurance brokerages in the United States, with more than 60 offices across the nation. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
