T. Patrick
Cordova

Patrick Cordova is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. Patrick has substantial experience briefing motions and appeals in state and federal courts across the country. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, automotive, energy and aviation. Patrick also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing New Yorkers before state and municipal regulatory authorities.

Prior to law school, in recognition of his work as a nationwide LGBT political fundraiser, Patrick was named a Root-Tilden-Kern public interest scholar and an Erickson-Zoellers Point Foundation scholar at NYU School of Law. At Stanford University, Patrick received the Lloyd W. Dinkelspiel Award for distinctive and exceptional contributions to undergraduate education, and the J.E. Wallace Sterling Award for leadership.

In 2017, Patrick published a Note, “The Duty to Defend and Federal Court Standing: Resolving a Collision Course,” in NYU School of Law’s Annual Survey of American Law.
