Sean advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a variety of significant transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. Sean regularly assists companies and sponsors with a broad range of other general corporate, securities laws and governance matters.
