Julia Koch Acquires Minority Interest in the New York Giants

Paul, Weiss advised philanthropist Julia Koch and her family on their acquisition of a minority, non-controlling interest in the NFL’s New York Giants, an investment that will further support the team’s growth. The NFL approved the partnership at the league meeting.

The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Brian Lavin, Kenneth Schneider and Sean Fitzpatrick and counsel Justin Fraterman; and tax partner Scott Sontag.
