An associate in the Litigation Department, Matthew Disler represents clients in both complex civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts, as well as in sensitive cybersecurity and national security matters. As a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation Practice Group, he has worked on cases before the Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts. His appellate work has involved issues including constitutional, antitrust, technology, criminal, administrative and securities law.
As a member of the Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group, Matthew also advises clients on complex regulatory challenges and investigations involving cybersecurity and national security. He has represented clients in high-stakes matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Department of Commerce and other federal agencies.
Before joining Paul, Weiss, Matthew clerked for Judge Danny J. Boggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
