An associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group, Isa counsels clients on complex antitrust issues in mergers, joint ventures and government investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Federal Trade Commission. She has significant experience with second requests, HSR filings and multi-jurisdictional merger reviews.

Isa advises clients across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, renewable energy and financial services. She also regularly advises on issues such as information sharing, exclusive dealing, algorithmic pricing and the Robinson-Patman Act.
