Qualcomm to Acquire AI Software Infrastructure Company Modular

Paul, Weiss is advising Qualcomm Incorporated in its acquisition of AI software infrastructure company Modular Inc. The deal will strengthen Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.’s software foundation for generative and agentic AI across data center and edge environments. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
