Iryna Malakhouskaya is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Investment Funds Group. Iryna focuses on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate funds, funds of funds and other types of alternative asset funds.
Iryna also has experience advising clients on a wide range of fund formation issues, including the development and marketing of funds to U.S. and non-U.S. investors, and related regulatory and compliance matters. In addition to advising on fund formation and operational issues, Iryna has advised clients on customized private investment funds, separately managed accounts, management company “upper tier” arrangements, investment management M&A transactions and secondary transactions.
