France Svistovski is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex civil litigation. She has represented leading technology and energy companies, among others.

In law school, France served as the managing editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. In 2020, she published a note in the Fordham Urban Law Journal titled “Burning Down the Housing Market: Communal Living in New York.”
