Dylan O. Smith is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex civil litigation and appeals. Dylan has substantial experience in trial strategy and dispositive pre-trial motions and he has litigated a wide range of civil matters, representing companies in the fields of finance, private equity, sports and entertainment. He also has experience in antitrust merger investigations and advised companies on force majeure law during the COVID-19 pandemic. He maintains an active pro bono practice focused on gun violence prevention.
While in law school, Dylan was the chief online content editor for the Texas Law Review. Prior to law school, Dylan was a Fulbright Scholar in Athens, Greece, and a Teach For America Corps member in Waianae, Hawaii.
