In “How AI Could Shake Up Federal Evidence Rules,” published on August 21, Anna notes that there is a growing “concern among the courts about how to discern what might be AI-manipulated or AI-generated,” as illustrated by a recent novel ruling in Washington state rejecting a defendant’s attempt to use AI-enhanced cellphone video in a murder trial.
