In “DOJ Gets Crash Course In AI As Attys Brace For Crackdown,” published on August 13, Anna highlights the DOJ’s recently proposed enhanced sentencing for white collar defendants who used AI to prepare for, commit or evade arrest after committing a crime.
"We're looking at potentially a whole range of actors who can act in a sophisticated way, even though they don't have special skills," Gressel said.
