Secretary Johnson Speaks at American Constitution Society Symposium

Litigation partner Jeh Johnson delivered the keynote address at the American Constitution Society Symposium on February 6. In his speech, delivered at the Georgetown University Law Center, Secretary Johnson discussed the current state of balance between the executive and legislative branches in the commitment of U.S. forces to military action abroad.
