Partner Roberto Gonzalez moderated a panel, “Sanctions and Security: What’s New at OFAC in 2021,” on May 3 as part of the IIB’s 2021 Virtual Anti-Money Laundering Seminar. Roberto and panelists from BNPP, Scotiabank, and Sullivan & Cromwell discussed recent OFAC developments and potential changes in U.S. sanctions policy regarding China, Russia, Iran, Cuba, and human rights.
