Roberto Gonzalez and Ian Richardson to Speak at ACI Economic Sanctions and Compliance Conference

Litigation partners Roberto Gonzalez and Ian Richardson will participate in panels at the American Conference Institute’s 20th annual Economic Sanctions and Compliance Conference. Roberto’s panel, “Enforcement Trends: The 2026 Enforcement Playbook and Cross Agency Coordination,” will feature a conversation between Roberto and officials from the Department of Justice and the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regarding current enforcement priorities and trends. Ian’s panel, “Semiconductors in the Crossfire: High-Stakes Risks Across the Global Tech Ecosystem,” will explore emerging risks and trends in the global tech supply chain.

The conference will take place in Washington on April 29-30. Ian’s panel will begin at 1:30 p.m. ET on April 29, and Roberto’s panel will begin at 10:30 a.m. ET on April 30.
