On May 6, several Paul, Weiss partners led a CLE webinar for the New York City Bar Association’s Private Investment Funds Committee. The presentation, “COVID-19 Considerations for Private Funds,” covered the fundraising environment, legislative and regulatory responses, fund operations, deal issues, litigation considerations and new opportunities for private equity firms, in relation to the pandemic.
The presentation was led by Paul, Weiss corporate partners Ted Ackerman, Matthew Goldstein, Conrad van Loggerenberg and Lindsey Wiersma, and litigation partner Gregory Laufer.
