Nicole Succar to Discuss Sanctions Management at Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Companies’ Compliance Conference

Litigation partner Nicole Succar will participate in a panel, “Sanctions—the Enterprise-Wide Risk and Compliance Nexus,” as part of the 26th Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress. The panel will discuss the need for a renewed focus on enterprise-wide sanctions management in these industries amid the government’s current priorities, as well as the key elements of a sanctions compliance management program and how to coordinate implementation and execution of those key elements among various corporate teams.

Nicole’s panel will take place both virtually and in person in Washington, DC on October 23 at 11:20 a.m. ET.
