Meredith Dearborn to Moderate Trade Secrets Panels

Litigation partner Meredith Dearborn will moderate two virtual panels of top trade secrets practitioners as part of a webinar on “Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement, and Litigation.” The event, organized by Sandpiper Partners LLC and sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will examine trade secrets litigation trends; new challenges in restrictive covenants and non-competes; recent California and federal decisions; COVID-19 issues in court and ADR proceedings; and several other areas of interest.
